Catering

Ocean Blue Catering is our caterer- they came with the venue! My FI has multiple allergies, and Ocean Blue was very willing to work with us on the food options. We're glad to find someone who understands!
Officiant

Mary Pugh is going to be our Justice of the Peace. She is very personable and friendly. We connected on a shared past of farming. My favorite thing Mary offers is to set up a camera to videotape the ceremony.
Photographer

Studio 1923 is our photographer. I cannot say enough good things about Jerome! He was so incredibly easy to work with when we did our engagement pictures, and they came out fantastic looking (my mother said they should be in a magazine)! He's also a fantastic person- you can see in some of the photos that he helps to put on veils, straighten ties, and help in other small ways the day of the wedding. The picture at left is actually about 8 photos put together. I also really like who Jerome is as a person- you can see updates on his Facebook page about rescuing dogs, cancer awareness and how much he loves his daughters!
Florist

Stylish Blooms is our florist of choice. Melissa is an incredibly sweet woman, who was more than willing to work with my floral demands. I took floriculture in high school, so I wanted someone who wasn't going to treat me as ignorant when it came to flower choices, but who *could* see my ideas and create her own design. We emailed back and forth for weeks to pick out flower sizes and styles- before I even signed a contract or gave a deposit! And when I changed my vision 1.5 months before the wedding, we had NO problems. She was reasonably priced and a great find.
Musician

DJae Mêlée is our choice for a DJ. Jason is a really nice person, and has many different things to offer brides- custom music, uplighting, microphones and more. He also offers extremely reasonable prices, and sometimes offers special deals on his facebook page. As a person, I was so glad to see Jason raising money for kids in need this holiday season! He really cares about giving back to his community. He was really easy to work with for music choices- basically anything we wanted, he was willing and able to get for us.
Videographer

RI Video Pro is going to be our videographer. At first, we weren't going to have any video recordings of our wedding. However, after watching my parent's wedding video, I decided I simply had to have one. Since it wasn't originally in my budget, it was great to find this company. Dave promises to stay throughout the whole day, and we've ordered a simple package where we get the raw video without edits.
Cake

We decided to go with Bella Creations for our dessert products. We saw them at a a bridal show, and couldn't believe how fantastic the taste was! We're also really glad that the ladies behind Bella Creations keep an eye on their ingredients, and are able to make gluten free and dairy free products for us!
Horse Drawn Carriage

Before I even started looking at venues, I was looking at horse-drawn carriage companies in my state. I am a huge lover of horses, and really really wanted one at my wedding. For a long time I thought we weren't going to be able to have one, but at the last minute we found a great company- Allegra Farms! Allegra Farms uses authentic carriages, instead of the frilly new ones. They have multiple different horse teams that you can choose from.
